Description: First seen in Japan in 1955 fighting the King of the Monsters, their battle leveled a good deal of Osaka before Godzilla finally won. This Giant Ankylosaurus can brawl on his hind legs just as well as on all fours, and uses his teeth, claws, horns, and spikes to make his opponent's life miserable. He's a proficient burrower, and prefers to live underground for the most part.

Description: Under the mind control of the Xilien aliens, a much larger Anguirus was forced to rise from his decades-long slumber and attack the Earth and Godzilla with his comrades-in-arms King Caesar and Rodan. The mutated dinosaur exhibited the new ability of being able to roll into a spiked ball and propel himself at great speed to attack. Godzilla beat all three monsters, perhaps because a controlled monster does not fight with the same ability as one who fights of its own free will.
